Serve as Lead Producer or Virtual Stage Manager on a variety of virtual events including conferences, convenings, field marketing events, town halls, and employee events. Experience includes:

 

- Contracting & managing virtual events platforms building out attendee/user experiences.

- Serving as Virtual Stage Manager managing speaker tech checks & rehearsals 

- Drafting run of shows 

- Build and manage budgets, staffing plans and production schedules 

- Ideate, create and execute gifting process 

- Negotiate, contract and manage talent for virtual events

 

Experience in Zoom, Hopin, Accelevents, On24, Eventfinity and micro-sites.
